Job summary

A community safety services provider is seeking a Community Safety Officer to proactively manage Anti-Social Behaviour and safety initiatives across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have knowledge in ASB case management, build effective relationships with local authorities, and work towards regional performance targets. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires a UK driving licence. Full DBS clearance is necessary, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Achieve or working towards CIH Level 2.
• Experience with complex ASB cases.
• Familiar with the ASB and Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Responsibilities

• Manage a case load of ASB and community safety cases.
• Engage with customers to build trust.
• Attend multi-agency forums and maintain compliance with policies.
