Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our Housing team. You will triage ASB reports, assess situations, and develop action plans to investigate, manage risks, and support residents affected.

Based at the Fleet offices with hybrid working, this full-time role is 35 hours per week, with two days per week in the office. You will maintain case records, work with multi-agency partners, and contribute to neighbourhood strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASB case management, preferably in social housing.
• Excellent communication across channels.
• Teamwork to deliver service in challenging environments.
• Experience with equality and diversity issues, including Equality Impact Assessments.
• Professional curiosity to identify residents needing support.
• Ability to maintain resilience in a challenging environment.
• Research and analytical skills to interrogate partnership databases.

Responsibilities

• Triage ASB reports and assess situations to create action plans.
• Investigate nuisance, harassment and ASB; determine appropriate actions.
• Decide on evidence gathering measures such as CCTV.
• Maintain case records and support teams through supervision.
• Contribute to neighbourhood strategies to tackle ASB.
