The post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Key responsibilities include:

The post holder will work as an autonomous clinician within the GP practice, providing advanced clinical care to patients presenting with acute, chronic, and complex health needs. The role requires independent prescribing, advanced clinical assessment skills, and the ability to manage patients across the lifespan within a primary care setting.
The ANP/ECP will work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care, contributing to service development and quality improvement within the practice.
