Overall Job Purpose
This role is part of the Commercial Excellence team supporting Teva UK's strategy execution and business improvements. It offers the chance to apply analytical expertise in a dynamic environment, working closely with local and offshore teams to create data-driven solutions that impact the business.

Location: Candidates should be within commuting distance to Harlow or Ridings Point. We support a hybrid home-office working model.

A Day in the Life of an Analytics Business Partner…

• Develop and implement analytical solutions for data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide insights for improvements.
• Create intuitive data visualizations for self-service access.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to develop visualization tools aligned with business needs.
• Support the deployment of new data platforms, ensuring effective use.
• Promote best practices in data visualization and analytics adoption.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Business Excellence teams to support strategy execution through insights.

Who We Are Looking For

Are you…?

• Experienced in managing projects and coordinating with offshore or external partners?
• Proactive in identifying business opportunities using data?
• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred?
• Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams?
• Familiar with CRM (Veeva, Salesforce) and ERP systems, and analytics platforms supporting self-service?

Do you have…?

• Proven experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare?
• Ability to translate business questions into data solutions?
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI?
• Track record of building dashboards that drive insights?
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes?
• Understanding of commercial functions within pharma/healthcare?
