Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Transformation Finance Business Partner - Enterprise Digital Technologies, on behalf of a well known company in the FMCG sector.

Job Role

We are currently seeking a Transformation Finance Business Partner to act as the Global Services Transformation COE leader, leading finance and transformation portfolio management. This role is responsible for partnering with finance and functional teams to support governance of the transformation programs across the UK & US.

The role is responsible for:

  • Create framework and strategies to support efficient and effective business decision making through partnership with the finance and functional teams
  • Build and implement governance framework for project/program management, specifically focusing on Finance Management for the TIGG portfolio
  • Develop robust tracking mechanism to supervise compliance with Enterprise standards established in related governance framework
  • Drive insightful analysis on project/program performance, identifying opportunities and challenges
  • Supervise integrity of project/program processes and financials
  • Develop and coordinate financial reporting of projects/programs through partnership with performance dashboard team
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine finance processes

Requirements for this position:

  • Finance qualification, ideally CIMA
  • Experience in business enterprise technologies/digital technology
  • Experience in project/program/portfolio management ideally in a global organization
  • Background in Finance with key capabilities and skills in the portfolio management
  • Experience with transformation & implementation of projects/programs
