Overall Job Purpose

This position is part of the Commercial Excellence team within the Business Excellence function, supporting Teva UK's strategy execution and business improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to apply analytical and technical expertise in a dynamic environment, working closely with local and offshore teams to impact the business positively. The role involves creating and implementing robust analytical solutions to promote data-driven decision-making within Teva UK.

Location: Candidates should be within a commutable distance to our sites in Harlow or Ridings Point. We support a hybrid working approach, including home-working.

A Day in the Life of an Analytics Business Partner

• Define and implement analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making across Teva UK.
• Partner with business leaders to understand key questions and objectives, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
• Develop and deliver intuitive data visualization platforms for user self-service, enabling access to data and insights.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and offshore teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
• Manage the development of visualization tools with offshore teams, ensuring alignment with needs and timelines.
• Support the rollout of new data and insight platforms, ensuring effective use of platforms across Teva UK.
• Promote best practices in data visualization and analytics within the organization.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Business Excellence teams to support strategy execution and business improvement through insights.

Who we are looking for

Are you...?

• Experienced in managing projects or leading initiatives, including coordinating with offshore teams or external partners?
• Capable of delivering projects on time with clear communication to stakeholders?
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and challenges using data to provide recommendations?
• Possessing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (preferred)?
• Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams, including offshore groups, to achieve objectives?
• Familiar with CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and ERP systems, and experienced with analytics platforms supporting self-service?

Do you have…?

• Proven experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles within a commercial or healthcare setting?
• Ability to translate business questions into data solutions using analytics?
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.?
• Experience building and managing interactive dashboards that generate insights?
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes?
• Understanding of commercial functions in healthcare or pharma to connect data insights with business goals?
