How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to design, plan, and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that enhances the knowledge, skills, and productivity of our sales team. Your efforts will empower our sellers to better understand and articulate Boomi's value proposition, navigate complex sales cycles, and ultimately achieve greater success.

As the Revenue Enablement Business Partner, EMEA, you will lead and drive the development and execution of enablement programs that empower our Enterprise, Commercial, and Presales teams in EMEA to effectively articulate Boomi's value proposition, navigate complex sales cycles, and ultimately achieve greater success. In close coordination with global enablement business partners, you will ensure that these teams are equipped with the skills and resources to clearly demonstrate how our solutions meet customer needs and solve their business challenges.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with global leads, Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to apply global strategy to EMEA-specific needs
  • Program Design: Help drive and deliver EMEA-specific enablement programs, including training sessions, onboarding, certification programs, sales leader programs, and continuous learning initiatives to improve sales performance
  • Content Creation: Develop EMEA-specific sales enablement materials for incorporation into playbooks, training guides, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis documents. Develop expertise in Boomi’s sales methodologies and sales skills resources to align deployment across EMEA seller groups to advance skills and productivity
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure the EMEA teams are knowledgeable about Boomi's products, market trends, and best practices
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report KPIs to track the effectiveness of enablement programs, and continuously gather feedback to refine and improve initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global leads to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all sales enablement activities.
  • Communication: Proactively collect feedback and share updates with global leads, leaders, and stakeholders

The Experience you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, revenue enablement, sales training, or a related role within the technology sector, preferably with experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, methodologies, technology, and best practices
  • Experience working in EMEA with sales and presales teams to drive performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling training materials and deliver impactful presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
