Performance Objectives

1. You will define and implement robust analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
2. You will partner with business leaders to understand key questions and objectives, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
3. You will develop and deliver intuitive, high-quality data visualization platforms, enabling self-service access to data, information, and insights.
4. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
5. You will work with offshore teams to develop visualization tools aligned with business needs and project timelines.
6. You will support the rollout of new data and insight platforms, ensuring the UK leverages an optimal and cost-effective platform landscape.
7. You will promote best practices in data visualization and analytics across user groups.
8. You will collaborate with the Commercial Excellence and Business Excellence teams to support strategy execution and business improvement through data-driven insights.

Person Specification

• Experience managing projects or leading initiatives, including coordinating with offshore teams or external partners.
• Ability to deliver project timelines and requirements with transparency and clear stakeholder communication.
• Proactive in identifying business opportunities and challenges, using data for actionable recommendations.
• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field is advantageous.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including local and offshore groups.
• Familiarity with CRM (Veeva, Salesforce) and ERP systems, and analytics platforms supporting self-service capabilities.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics within a commercial setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to translate business questions into data solutions using analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience building and managing interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Understanding of commercial functions in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry to connect data insights with business goals.
