Health & Safety Engineer (Process Safety)

Location: Remote Based - Site Travel Across Scotland

Salary: £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Vehicle + Development + Death in Service + Enhanced Pension + Further Benefits

Are you a Health and Safety Engineer looking to join a growing company where you can develop your career and technical skills? Do you have experience in the process engineering sector and wish to advance within the oil & gas industry with long-term job security? This company is one of the UK's leading distributors of oil for households and businesses, with nearly 100 depots nationwide. They are currently expanding and seeking a Health and Safety Manager to support their growth.

In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside the Health and Safety Manager to ensure all site processes are completed safely and comply with regulations. Responsibilities include conducting operational risk assessments and supporting administrative health and safety tasks.

This is a remote-based role with site travel across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a health and safety background with experience in process and hazardous industries such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, etc. A full driving license and flexibility to travel within Scotland are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Health and Safety Manager in ensuring all site processes are safe and compliant
• Conduct operational risk assessments
• Assist with administrative health and safety tasks
• Travel across Scotland to various sites
