Job summary

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust seeks a full-time Rostering Coordinator based in Liverpool to join the Cheshire & Merseyside Area Rostering Team. You will allocate daily shifts for ambulances and rapid response vehicles to ensure effective coverage.

You will arrange short-notice cover, manage hours, overtime and leave on the rostering system, and work with other rostering coordinators and senior Paramedic teams to ensure contingency cover.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily shifts for ambulances and rapid response vehicles to ensure adequate coverage.
• Arrange short-notice cover for absences using overtime and bank staff.
• Maintain staff hours and shifts on the rostering system including leave, sickness and training.
