TRP Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Operations and Customer Service Executive focused on Amazon for its Southend office. The role links customers, factories, warehouses and the sales team to keep orders moving from confirmation to delivery.

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, ERP systems and strong IT skills are essential. You will support reporting, data accuracy and efficient order processing across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central and multiple brands.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Self-motivated, able to manage workload and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage Amazon product, pricing, orders and deliveries across brands.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouses to ensure timely shipments.
• Send order confirmations, resolve queries and provide data on status.
• Upload and maintain styles and orders in the ERP system.
• Provide reporting and assist sales and operations during peak periods.
