Think Selection are recruiting for an Amazon Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading UK-based book sales and distribution company. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing the systems and processes that underpin Amazon-related print book operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the supply chain.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role and drive the operational success of our client’s Amazon-related activities, working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, inventory, and finance.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain operational systems to ensure they support Amazon processes effectively.
Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless workflows.
Analyse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure orders are delivered to the client within deadlines.
Stock analysis in collaboration with the inventory controller.
Role requirements:
Proven experience in managing online sales operational systems and processes, ideally in a book publishing environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and creating new systems to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Attractive company benefits, and a competitive salary which will depend on your experience, are on offer, and you’ll be based from the company’s London offices a minimum 2 days per week.
