About the role

As the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager at AltoVita, you will shape and lead a vital area of our business, driving efficiency and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer development. We're looking for someone ready to make an immediate impact and bring best practices that will help us scale successfully.

Your responsibilities include process optimisation, ensuring data integrity, fostering collaboration, and directly influencing revenue growth and operational excellence in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve, develop, and document commercial policies, processes, and procedures to maintain data and customer record accuracy in HubSpot and other systems.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between revenue teams, ensuring workflow, reporting, and technology alignment.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and modelling for strategic planning.
  • Analyse sales/marketing trends and metrics to identify opportunities and provide insights.
  • Support marketing operations setup, improving campaign tracking and ROI measurement.
  • Assist Customer Development in improving onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Establish analytical reporting processes for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop industry-specific best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design scalable revenue processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Train teams on tools, processes, and strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Administer revenue tech tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Geekbot) for optimization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams across departments for operational alignment.
Who you are
  • 3+ years in sales operations, enablement, or related RevOps roles.
  • 1+ years experience in business travel or corporate housing industry (desirable).
  • Proven track record of improving revenue team performance.
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-up environments.
  • Expertise with HubSpot CRM and SaaS tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking ability.
  • HubSpot native proficiency.
