DESCRIPTION

Amazon Freight has externalized Amazon's logistics and transportation expertise to support businesses across Europe and North America with their freight needs. We provide a sustainable, simple, and transparent solution for brand owners, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and Amazon partners to move freight.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager to partner with the EU Sales organization in enhancing processes, developing sales programs, driving tool adoption, and implementing governance frameworks to boost overall team productivity. This role collaborates with a diverse group, including a 100+ person Sales team, as well as Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams, to design, implement, and manage systems and strategies that drive efficiency and align with organizational objectives.

We are looking for a result-driven, creative thinker who is detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-obsessed Systems Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will also possess strengths across Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, Deliver Results, Bias for Action, and Dive Deep.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Work with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce requirements that meet high standards and specifications.
  2. Develop a robust prioritization methodology to ensure requirements are tracked and delivered, providing stakeholders with a clear roadmap.
  3. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop customer journeys and support Pardot development.
  4. Create User Acceptance Testing scripts and lead training sessions.
  5. Coordinate with our North American Salesforce Team to deliver quality integrations that add value for our customers.
  6. Gather and translate User Stories into tangible requirements.
  7. Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce flows to automate complex business processes, enhance user productivity, and improve data accuracy across the platform.
  8. Build reporting mechanisms via Salesforce.
  9. Navigate complex security and compliance requirements to implement effective Salesforce solutions, adapting to Amazon's evolving security landscape.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot) and Sales tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Background in finance, business management, and sales operations.
  • Experience developing and implementing CRM systems, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201 / ADM-211).
