About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Amazon Channel Manager to manage and optimise our Amazon presence across multiple regions. This role will focus on ensuring our product listings, brand stores, and advertising campaigns deliver best‑in‑class visibility, conversion, and brand presentation. You will work closely with our marketing, e‑commerce, and logistics teams to maximise sales performance and maintain brand consistency on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise product listings within Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and imagery.
  • Maintain and develop our Amazon Brand Stores and A+ content in collaboration with the design team.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor Amazon Advertising campaigns alongside our Digital Campaign Manager (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP).
  • Analyse sales and advertising performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and fulfilment performance to maintain strong account health.
  • Resolve listing issues, policy violations, and customer feedback promptly to protect brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and new features to continuously improve our approach.
  • Utilise advanced analytics (in‑platform, Excel / Sheets, and tools like Pacvue / Helium 10) to generate actionable insights, forecast performance, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Expand and optimise our presence beyond Amazon, leveraging your expertise to build best‑in‑class strategies for other marketplaces like John Lewis and region‑specific platforms.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and content optimisation.
  • Confident using analytics tools within Seller Central and Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ content, and Brand Stores.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Experience within a premium or design‑led brand is an advantage.
  • Proven success in managing budgets and driving significant revenue growth on Amazon.
