Heathrow Personnel Ltd. in Slough is seeking an experienced Export Air Freight Coordinator to manage shipments end-to-end.

You will handle export customs, liaise with airlines, and update customers throughout the process. The role requires driving licence, strong IT skills, and a proactive, organised approach within a busy team.

Formación

• Previous export freight forwarding experience.
• Experience with air freight and export customs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• A proactive, organised and can-do attitude.
• The ability to work well as part of a friendly and busy team.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has export freight experience and wants to become a key part of a close-knit operation, working across an exciting portfolio of medical, film and TV clients.

Daily Duties:

• Managing export air freight shipments from start to finish
• Completing full export customs clearances
• Booking shipments with airlines and suppliers
• Preparing and completing airway bills
• Keeping customers updated throughout the shipment process
• Arranging deliveries and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Liaising with customers across the UK and internationally
• Working with systems including ASM Sequoia and Box-Top
• Coordinating client equipment for international trade shows, exhibitions and congress meetings
• Working closely with airlines and other freight partners
