Job summary

Chip is seeking a Head of AI Transformation to co-drive the company’s operating model and AI agenda with the COO and leadership team. The role focuses on business transformation, not just AI strategy, and requires turning opportunities into executable initiatives across Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, People, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering technology, AI, automation, or operating-model transformation in a fast-moving organisation.
• Ability to work across executive leadership and multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of AI and how to translate it into business value.
