Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a VP of AI Transformation to define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy. You will align AI initiatives with business goals, build governance, and lead a cross-functional team to drive AI adoption with measurable business impact.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership peers to shape an AI-native operating model, scale pilots, and ensure security, governance, and compliance across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, digital transformation, AI strategy, or AI leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation programs.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Humanoid's enterprise AI transformation vision and roadmap.
• Lead the AI Transformation Office and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and IT.
• Develop governance structures, operating cadences, and executive reporting for AI initiatives.
• Embed AI maturity assessments into business planning and capability reviews.
• Drive AI adoption and deliver measurable business value across functions.
