Job summary

Thanks Ben Ltd seeks a Head of AI Operations to own the company-wide applied AI transformation. You will partner with the founders, with authority and budget to reimagine operations, spanning customer operations, finance, people and commercial.

You’ll replace slow manual workflows with scalable AI-enabled processes across the org. You will lead the design and adoption of AI-native systems, drive measurable improvements, and establish guardrails to ensure compliant, reliable AI across live work.

Qualifications

• High-growth B2B SaaS experience and demonstrated change management.
• Strong systems thinking across functions and processes.
• Deep, practical AI fluency with hands-on adoption across a business.
• Executive-level influence, able to engage from ICs to C-suite.
• Hands-on leader who designs, builds and implements across teams.
• Ability to create repeatable, scalable systems and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the company operating system by redesigning slow, manual processes.
• Redesign workflows across customer operations, finance, people and commercial.
• Own the Applied AI strategy and prioritize what changes first.
• Drive adoption and ensure AI-native capabilities across functions.
• Set standards, guardrails, and evals for AI implementations to ensure reliability.
