Job summary

Chip UK seeks a Head of AI Transformation to work with the COO and leadership team, shaping the company’s AI-enabled operating model at scale. You’ll turn strategic AI ambitions into prioritized initiatives and drive measurable business impact across the organisation in London and the UK.

You will need deep AI fluency, strong commercial judgment and exceptional execution to govern, deliver and adopt new processes, ensuring AI is embedded in day‑to‑day decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering technology, AI, automation, and operating-model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the COO on how Chip operates and scales. Help evolve our operating model as the business grows – looking at organisational structures, accountabilities, decision‑making, governance, ways of working and how teams interact across the company.
• Identify and solve cross-business operating problems across functions.
• Improve how strategy turns into execution by linking priorities to delivery across the organisation.
• Drive operating leverage by improving processes, accountability, and adopting AI and automation.
• Redesign workflows end‑to‑end to simplify how work gets done across the business.
