Job summary

Chip is seeking a transformational leader to work directly with the COO on scaling the business through operating-model redesign and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will drive cross-functional change, own high-impact programmes and translate strategic goals into executable work across Product, Engineering, Operations and Data.

Ideal candidates bring fintech scale experience, strong execution, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements through AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering technology, AI, automation or operating-model transformation in a fast-moving organisation.
• Experience working on cross-functional change and organisational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of governance, decision-making and operating cadence.
• Solid track record partnering with executives and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to evolve Chip's operating model as the business scales.
• Identify cross-functional problems and drive end‑to‑end changes across teams.
• Translate strategy into executable programmes with clear ownership and milestones.
• Own the AI transformation programme with prioritised initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide visibility of progress with stakeholders and surface blockers early.
