Job summary

Ben is seeking a Head of AI Operations to own the internal applied AI transformation, partnering with the founders to redesign the company operating system end-to-end. You will lead across customer operations, finance, people and commercial, delivering fast, reliable AI-enabled processes.

You will shape the AI strategy, drive adoption, establish guardrails, and build repeatable systems that scale with the business, while ensuring compliance and real impact across functions.

Qualifications

• High-growth B2B SaaS experience with proven change outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple business functions.
• Deep, practical AI fluency and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the company operating system across functions to run end-to-end.
• Own the Applied AI strategy and guide internal transformation.
• Drive adoption and make AI-native ways of working stick.
• Set standards, guardrails, and evals for safe AI deployment.
• Partner with founders and C-suite to scale impact quickly.
