Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Applied AI Consultant to lead major AI transformation programmes for large, strategic customers. You will drive engagements from initial vision to enterprise-wide adoption, working with CEOs, CTOs and other executives to shape AI strategy, secure sponsorship, and connect adoption to business outcomes.

You bring genuine AI leadership, deep technical credibility, and a track record of transforming organisations into AI-native enterprises at scale.

Qualifications

• Track record leading AI transformation at scale.
• Comfortable setting strategy with C-suite leaders.
• Deep AI engineering credibility with hands-on depth.
• Experience shaping large-scale AI solutions and outcomes.
• Strong programming fundamentals and architecture credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI transformation engagements from vision to organisation-wide adoption.
• Set direction with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and other executives to shape AI strategy.
• Guide organisations through AI-native transformation at scale across functions or divisions.
• Act as AI visionary to align technology with business outcomes.
• Shape how we sell and deliver transformation deals and define value measurement.
