Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Enterprise Strategist to partner with global organizations on AI-driven transformation. You will define and shape enterprise-wide AI capability, aligning senior leadership around capabilities, operating models, and roadmaps that enable sustained, business-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence, with experience working alongside senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to open strategic conversations about enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery and engagement progression, identifying growth areas.
• Learn client business models and competitive pressures to determine how new capabilities change performance.
• Support discovery and current-state assessment across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to target-state capability designs and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation, incl. product and customer experience changes.
• Design, facilitate and coordinate executive workshops to drive decisions.
• Structure proposals and engagement documents for senior client audiences.
