Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a VP of AI Transformation to define and execute the enterprise AI transformation strategy. You will lead the AI Transformation Office, drive an AI-first culture, and oversee cross-functional AI Leads across Engineering, Business Operations, and executive functions.

You will partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value while maintaining governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, digital transformation, AI strategy or AI leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Humanoid's enterprise AI transformation vision and roadmap.
• Build an AI-first culture focused on innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Lead AI Transformation Office and oversee cross-functional AI Leads across Engineering, Operations, and Exec functions.
• Establish governance structures, metrics, and reporting for AI initiatives across the business.
