Job summary

Ben is seeking a Head of AI Operations to own its internal Applied AI transformation, rebuilding how the entire company operates. You will partner with the founders, shaping the strategy, standards and implementation across every function, from customer operations to finance and people.

You will lead adoption, governance and measurement, ensuring AI-native processes and scalable impact while maintaining compliance and security across live data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI transformation in a high-growth SaaS
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own the applied AI strategy across Ben and guide the internal transformation
• Redesign workflows across customer ops, finance, people and commercial
