Artlogic is seeking an ambitious AI Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership on AI-first transformation. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, automate cross-system processes and drive operational efficiency across the business.

You will work across multiple teams, identify opportunities to simplify and automate, and build scalable workflows while maintaining human oversight and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business operations, digital transformation or process improvement.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows or automate processes.
• Strong understanding of how business processes, systems and data connect.
• Confidence in experimenting with AI and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.
• Commercial curiosity and judgement translating improvements into time saved or costs reduced.
• Proactive hands-on approach with ownership and independence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Natural curiosity about how things work and willingness to challenge approaches.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset able to bring people along on change.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and scale AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Partner with teams across functions to identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks.
• Test, prototype and implement AI solutions with human oversight and safeguards.
• Connect workflows across core systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Chargebee, NetSuite).
• Develop repeatable, scalable ways of working and measure impact through time saved and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to translate business challenges into practical projects.
