Lithe Consulting Ltd seeks a transformative AI leader to define and execute enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy, governance, and operating models. You will oversee the AI Transformation Office, align initiatives with business objectives, and partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive AI adoption across functions.

The role emphasizes building an AI-first culture, managing risk and compliance, and delivering measurable business value through AI-enabled change at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation or AI transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience designing enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI transformation vision and roadmap.
• Lead the AI Transformation Office and cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Ops, Finance and HR.
• Establish governance structures, operating cadences, KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Advise CEO and leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and market developments.
• Drive an AI-first culture focused on innovation, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Define governance covering AI ethics, security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
