Version 1 is seeking a Senior Leader to shape and drive AI strategy across offerings and partnerships. You will lead market analysis, define strategic differentiators, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to position Version 1 as a market-leading AI services provider.

The role requires deep expertise in AI architectures, platform ecosystems, and a track record of mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record defining AI strategies or transformation programs.
• Experience with AI architecture, ML, generative AI and data platforms.
• Ability to synthesize market trends into strategic insights.
• Strong collaboration with sales and marketing to develop compelling value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI landscape and map Version 1's offerings, accelerators, skills, references, and partnerships.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; decide retire/refresh/create.
• Develop AI GTM vision and strategy; articulate rationale and alignment with goals.
• Support early-stage pre-sales discussions and shaping senior client engagements.
