Remote Worker LTD. is seeking an agile Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for multi-region go-to-market teams, including Enterprise Sales, Alliances, CEGA and Field Engineering.

The role requires balancing 8–10 concurrent requisitions across EMEA, Americas and APAC, with a strong focus on data hygiene and candidate care. You will champion an AI-native approach, integrating AI-augmented tooling across research, market mapping, outreach, interview synthesis, and pipeline reporting to

• Full-lifecycle recruitment experience in fast-paced B2B tech environments.
• Experience recruiting across complex sales and technical go-to-market disciplines.
• Experience using modern AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region go-to-market disciplines.
• Balance 8–10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones with high velocity.
• Design automated, repeatable workflows and AI-augmented tooling to maximize efficiency.
• Lead structured kickoff sessions, build competency scorecards, and conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with GTM People Partners, People team and Finance on headcount planning and onboarding.
