Version 1 is seeking an Applied AI Consultant to drive AI-native transformation across major clients. You’ll speak with CEOs and CTOs, shaping strategic direction and leading multi‑year programmes from vision to organisational adoption.

You’ll mentor teams, set measurable outcomes, and help win transformation deals. The role blends deep technical credibility with executive storytelling and a passion for delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• Proven AI transformation leader at scale.
• Experience guiding organisations from AI native strategy to implementation.
• Fluent at C-suite level; able to set strategy with executives.
• Deep AI engineering credibility and hands-on depth.
• Track record with customers and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale AI transformation programmes for top customers.
• Secure executive sponsorship and define adoption outcomes.
• Shape AI strategy with CEOs/CTOs and align with business goals.
• Develop playbooks, IP, and best practices for teams.
• Represent Version 1 as a trusted AI thought leader.
