Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Apromore Specialist–Solution Engineer to champion AI-driven process intelligence. You will partner with Account Executives to craft data-backed, technically credible solutions for enterprise clients deploying agentic AI at scale.

You will lead technical discovery, build PoCs, design data models, and articulate ROI to C-level stakeholders, ensuring safe, trusted deployment of AI agents and scalable services delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical selling roles or technical project delivery.
• Process intelligence, data analytics, and AI-driven solution exposure.

Responsibilities

• Run Great Technical Discovery with AEs to uncover blockers and map architecture to To-Be processes.
• Prototype and deliver PoCs and MVPs; ingest event logs to validate feasibility of agentic automations.
• Design robust data models and end-to-end data connectivity including Salesforce Data Cloud/Snowflake.
• Translate prototypes into business cases for executives; demonstrate ROI and value.
• De-risk agentic AI deployments with clear workflows and safe handoffs.
• Lead professional services and training for enterprise clients in process intelligence.
• Contribute reusable assets and reference architectures to the solutions community.
