IFS is seeking an AI Sales Enablement Lead to champion the integration of AI into our global sales motions. This role will support both productivity and revenue outcomes tied to our Industrial.ai sales strategy, by equipping our GTM teams with the knowledge, tools, and best practices to confidently adopt AI in their daily workflows.
As the sales AI enablement expert, you will work cross-functionally across regions, enablement, product marketing, and sales leadership to ensure AI sales plays, prompts, and tools are fully embedded into onboarding, training, and sales execution.
Drive adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI tools across daily sales workflows to increase seller efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and maintain a global sales prompt library; serve as the internal AI tools expert for GTM
Own the sale enablement motion supporting the GTM AI sales plays aligned to Industrial.ai strategy, in partnership with product marketing and regional sales leaders
Tie AI usage to pipeline creation, win rates, and quota attainment; track effectiveness and optimize based on results
Collaborate with Microsoft and IFS cross-functional teams to support pilots and drive wide-scale Copilot adoption
Partner with onboarding and curriculum teams to embed AI tools and use cases into new hire ramp and ongoing learning
Monitor evolving AI trends and translate emerging best practices into actionable training and seller toolkits
Accelerated AI tool adoption across global GTM teams
Increased seller productivity, automation, and quota attainment through AI usage
Integrated AI enablement into onboarding, coaching, and sales plays
Scalable frameworks for AI prompt usage, playbooks, and performance metrics
Partnership with product, marketing, and Microsoft to drive AI-assisted revenue growth
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM strategy with strong AI interest or exposure
Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs tied to new tools or sales methodologies
Knowledge of or exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or enterprise-grade AI platforms
Strong understanding of sales motions, metrics, and value drivers in complex B2B environments
Excellent communication, content development, and training facilitation skills
Self-starter with a builder mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-visibility role
Experience working in enterprise software, ERP, or Industrial AI sectors preferred
