Job summary

Marmion invites a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our Leeds team. This hands-on, customer-facing role bridges customer needs with our platform’s capabilities, collaborating with Sales, Product and Development to shape solutions and ensure measurable ROI.

You will configure workflows, guide onboarding, and help customers adopt and scale their use of our SaaS platform, working from our Leeds office with a focus on delivering fast value.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience across onboarding and pre-sales.
Experience with APIs, integrations and automation tools.
Ability to map workflows and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Join customer calls to understand processes and identify value from automation.
Map logical, scalable workflows reflecting how each customer operates.
Configure customer workflows using APIs, integrations and automation tools.
Lead onboarding plans with timelines and clear expectations.
Advise customers to refine workflows post-launch for ROI.
Encourage adoption and expand customer usage.
Provide feedback to Product/Development on improvements.
Collaborate with teams to share customer insights.
