Marmion in Leeds is seeking a Technical Professional Services Manager to lead and deliver complex PS projects for customers using our AI-driven platform. This hands-on role scopes, designs and delivers workflow automation and integrations, translating requirements into practical technical solutions.

You'll work with the COO and leadership to shape delivery, build and scale the PS team, and own the end-to-end customer journey—from onboarding to success—with a clear path to Director-level

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering automation/workflow solutions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven delivery of customer-facing software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects including scope, delivery, and governance.
• Establish delivery methodologies and estimation processes for scalable PS.
• Develop new value-added services to enhance customer outcomes and revenue.
• Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term PS strategy and growth.
• Build foundations for future team growth including resource planning and reporting.
