Job summary

Agilico is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention and value from our SaaS finance solution. You will nurture relationships with key stakeholders, lead onboarding, and coordinate proactive interventions to prevent churn, with occasional UK travel as required.

You’ll work in a non-commercial role focused on retention and outcomes, collaborating with Product, Development and Professional Services to improve the customer journey and health

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer success/account management/relationship role in the B2B SaaS SME market.
• Experience owning and retaining a portfolio of accounts with SaaS metrics.
• Strong business acumen and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring health, satisfaction and retention.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement so customers adopt the product and embed it in their operations.
• Run regular account reviews and health checks to pre-empt risk and drive adoption.
