Job summary
Marmion is seeking a Technical Professional Services Manager in Leeds to lead complex Professional Services projects post go-live, translating customer requirements into practical technical workflows and solutions. - Experience designing and delivering workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
- Hands-on delivery of customer projects alongside strategic input.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects, managing scope and delivery.
- Establish delivery methodologies, governance, and estimation processes.
- Develop value-added services including consultancy and managed services.
- Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance for continuous improvement.
- Shape long-term strategy with the COO and SLT for the Professional Services function.
- Plan resource needs and reporting to support future team growth.
