Job summary

Marmion is seeking a Technical Professional Services Manager to lead and deliver complex Professional Services projects post go-live, translating customer requirements into practical automated workflows. You will design, deliver and optimise customer setups, while shaping governance and delivery frameworks to support fast growth.

You’ll build and expand the PS team, introducing new consultancy and value-added services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in SaaS or technology-driven delivery.
• Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects, managing scope, delivery, stakeholder communication and commercial performance.
• Establish the delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and estimation processes for scalable PS.
• Develop new value-added services including consultancy, optimisation, training and managed services.
• Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance; drive continuous improvement.
