Job summary
Marmion in Leeds is seeking a Technical Professional Services Manager to lead and deliver complex Professional Services projects for customers post go-live, translating requirements into technical workflows and integrations.
You will build and scale the PS function, shaping delivery governance and expanding consultancy and optimisation services, with a clear path to Director-level leadership as the team grows.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering customer-facing software implementations.
- Proven track record in leading Professional Services or consultancy delivery.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical workflows.
- Hands-on delivery experience alongside strategic leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects, managing scope, delivery and commercial performance.
- Establish delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and estimation processes.
- Develop new value-added services: consultancy, optimisation, training and managed services.
- Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance, driving improvements.
- Shape long-term strategy with the COO and SLT and plan future growth of the function.
- Build foundations for team growth: resource planning, processes and reporting.
