Job summary

Furza in Manchester is hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the first contact with prospects and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.

You'll research target accounts, reach out by phone, email and social, and learn the product and market quickly through the three-month Furza Sales Academy, with two weeks of face-to-face training in Manchester, followed by ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts across finance and operations teams
• Reach out by phone, email and social to start conversations with decision-makers
• Ask good questions and listen to understand what a prospect actually needs
• Book qualified meetings for senior salespeople and support the wider sales cycle
• Keep CRM records accurate and use data to sharpen your approach
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns, events and follow-up
• Become genuinely knowledgeable about the product and the market it sits in
