Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as HCI, AI/ML, education, instructional design or learning science.
• 6–9 years’ experience in learning experience design with a focus on applying AI to learning solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning theory and LXD principles.
• Tech-savvy with Digital/AI tools to design AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product teams, data analysts and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver firm-wide learning campaigns integrating learning in the flow of work and live events.
• Apply AI tools to develop innovative learning solutions and prototype intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, data analysts, learning architects and fellow designers.
• Test hypotheses, derive insights, and drive measurable learning and business outcomes.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
