Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Manager, Digital Learning Design to shape and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences across the firm. The role partners with business leaders, SMEs and designers to craft engaging, accessible learning that leverages AI to improve outcomes and learner engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital learning, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to lead projects and coach junior team members within Bain’s global training ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital learning development experience.
• Experience with instructional design and outcomes measurement.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMSs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and coach junior team members.
• Experience with AI-assisted learning design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and develop digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Create storyboards, journeys, modules, and videos.
• Analyze learning data to improve learning paths.
• Lead projects to deadlines and manage reviews with stakeholders.
• Apply Bain brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Oversee team members in design and development.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance learning design.
