Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will analyse learning data, build scalable solutions and drive adoption of innovative learning technologies to boost organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Digital Learning.
• Ability to design and develop digital learning solutions.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement.
• Experience using learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions using modern design principles.
• Create learning assets including pathways, guides, videos and blended experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate topics into accessible learning.
• Align content to business priorities and learner needs.
• Evaluate learner experience with feedback and data.
