Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks an Learning Architecture Director, AI Upskilling, to lead the firm’s architecture for digital and AI capabilities. You will translate global priorities into scalable upskilling across senior teams, balancing speed and rigour while aligning with Digital, AI, Practice Areas and HR leaders.

You will drive an adaptive, AI-powered learning ecosystem with data-driven decisions, while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in learning design, capability building, or transformation in global organisations.
• Consultant experience is a strong plus; ability to navigate client environments and drive outcomes.
• End-to-end design and scaling of learning or upskilling initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and AI-powered learning platforms.
• Strong program and project management in matrixed settings.
• Experience shaping demand with senior leadership and driving adoption.
• High learning agility and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced degree in learning, organisational development, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for building digital and AI capabilities across BCG.
• Set strategic direction for the domain and ensure alignment with peers.
• Design scalable upskilling ecosystems with measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Digital, AI, Practice Areas and HR to drive adoption.
• Architect next-gen learning: adaptive experiences and AI-powered learning in workflow.
