Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the AI Engineering platform within the M&S Platform team. You will support and direct technical vision, build reusable pipelines, tooling, plugins, and frameworks, and contribute code across the stack.

You will line-manage senior engineers, drive recruitment and retention, and own OKRs for your hub, while collaborating with engineering leadership to align with the broader strategy.

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer.
