You will mentor senior engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with the wider Technology organisation to deliver scalable, resilient systems that power both customer and colleague experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of SRE concepts, reliability, and incident response.
• Experience building scalable platforms and tooling for large apps.
