Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with hands-on experience across multiple technologies.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and architecture.
• Experience building and leading teams of senior engineers delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to design system architecture, cloud solutions and scalable platforms.
• Promoter of DevOps with ownership of running and maintaining platforms.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering excellence within your teams from technical direction to production operations.
• Lead and mentor engineers, manage staffing and growth.
• Align with the overall technical strategy and platform roadmap.
• Act as platform owner to enable digital products through reusable tooling and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure strategic alignment and high-velocity delivery.
