Job summary

Marks & Spencer seeks a senior AI engineering leader to design, develop, and deploy scalable Data & AI solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Foundry. You will define the technical roadmap for AI, lead an engineering squad, and drive value through innovative, secure AI applications.

You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype rapidly, and scale successful AI products while ensuring governance and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Data, AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions with hands-on Databricks and Foundry expertise.
• Proven leadership of engineering and AI teams with coaching and high-performance delivery.
• Commercially minded problem solving translating business challenges into AI solutions.
• Strong communicator and influencer engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about Data & AI innovation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Define and shape the technical AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing AI engineering squad to drive innovation and delivery.
