Job summary

ICIS is seeking an SRE Manager to lead the reliability function, ensuring stable production services for internal and external customers. You will drive AI-powered automation, improve observability, and lead incident response and continuous improvement efforts.

You will shape and grow the team, coach leaders, and collaborate with product and technology stakeholders to deliver resilient services and improved customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop senior engineers and team leads.
• SRE fundamentals across incident and problem management, RCA quality and disaster recovery.
• Experience using metrics and observability data to drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation toward an AI-Ops operating model, driving automation and intelligent alerting.
• Own end-to-end incident and problem management from triage to post-incident reviews.
• Line manage and coach team leaders, setting expectations and delivery discipline.
• Ensure RCAs, post-mortems and improvements are tracked and completed.
• Strengthen operational processes and clear responsibility delegation.
• Drive SRE practices across observability, DR, design for reliability, and on-call readiness.
• Balance engineering efforts with InfoSec, roadmap delivery and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with Ops, product and stakeholders to communicate priorities and risks.
• Identify practical automation opportunities to advance AI-Ops and reduce toil.
