Job summary

ICIS is seeking an SRE Manager to lead the operational reliability function for production services, ensuring stability and resilience for internal and external customers. You will drive reliability improvements, automation initiatives and AI-Ops capabilities while leading a team focused on observability, incident response and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong people leadership, practical SRE experience, and the ability to influence across diverse technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of SRE teams and engineers.
• Experience with incident response, RCA quality and post-mortems.
• Track record delivering reliability improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-Ops transformation for reliability and automation.
• Own incident and problem management, RCAs and post-mortems.
• Coach and develop team leads, set clear expectations and delivery discipline.
• Ensure observability, on-call readiness and production support across services.
• Balance engineering effort with security commitments and roadmap work.
• Communicate priorities and risks across Ops, engineering and product teams.
